Policies & ADA
NASCAR races can last anywhere from 2 to 4 hours, and NHRA races
are an all-day (and into the night!) affair. Regardless of your
preference, race days are filled with activities for the whole family
and you will want to arrive at the track several hours prior to
the race.

Accessible (Disabled) Parking
Locations are shown on the facility map for each NASCAR and NHRA
event.
To park in the ADA accessible parking areas, the patron must have
a permanent state issued handicap hang tag or license plate. These
areas will be monitored to assure spaces are being properly used.
The person with the disability to whom the plate or hang tag was
issued must be the driver of or passenger in the vehicle when the
vehicle is parked in parking areas for persons with disabilities.
Seating
Wheelchair accessible seating is available for patrons with disabilities.
If you are in need of wheelchair accessible seating, please contact
the track Ticket Office at 1-866-40-SPEED. Wheelchair access is
available to grandstand J. There is seating for one companion next
to the wheelchair space. All others must use the closest available
seating area.
ADA Transportation
A free ADA golf cart shuttle is available through Guest Services
to transport patrons with disabilities from all ADA accessible parking
areas throughout the facility to the grandstand's admission gates.
You are not allowed to bring your own golf cart or similar mode
of transportation onto our property (this does not include electric
convenience vehicles (“ECV”)). While we would like to
transport everyone in your party, space and time is limited. We
are only able to transport the patron with the disability and one
companion. Guest Services Volunteers transfer patrons as quickly
and safely as possible. Please be patient. Thank you.
Race Day Suggestions
All of our events at Memphis Motorsports Park continue to experience
tremendous growth. As we continue to expand, you can assist us in
making your visit more enjoyable by adhering to the following suggestions.
- Arrive at the park a minimum of one (1) hour prior to race time
to allow for sufficient time to park and travel to your seat.
- Become a Season Ticket Holder and receive the red carpet treatment
on race day: exclusive Preferred Parking, first choice of reserved
seats, free Fan Walk pass, and many other great perks.
- When approaching the park, pay close attention to the directional
and informational signs to make sure that there have not been
any last-minute changes, particularly if the area has recently
experienced inclement weather.
- We have made many major improvements to our operation and facility.
Physically and operationally, the park has improved dramatically
over the past year. We hope you notice and enjoy these improvements.
