Ticket Policies

Rescheduling & Ticket Exchange

Sanctioning bodies (NASCAR, NHRA) and Memphis Motorsports Park determine racing schedules.

On NASCAR race days, in the event of a delay or postponement, all tickets will be honored on the rescheduled race day. All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.

On NHRA race days, the following policies apply:

Qualifying (Friday-Saturday): If Pro nitro qualifying is rained out, customer will be entitled to 100 percent credit*. Following the completion of one round of Pro nitro qualifying, no compensation.
Eliminations (Sunday): A total rainout, customer is entitled to 100 percent credit*. Following the completion of one round of Pro nitro eliminations, customer will be entitled to 50 percent credit*. Following the completion of two rounds of Pro nitro eliminations, no compensation.

*In the event of a rainout, customer must retain ticket stub to enter on rescheduled date. If a customer cannot attend the rescheduled event, the ticket holder must retain the ticket(s) for use toward ticket purchase for next year’s event. Customer is responsible for any difference due to price increases, account fees, etc. Credentials will not be honored. All ticket sales are final. No refunds. Memphis Motorsports Park is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets.

Disabled Seating

For disabled seating reservations, please call our ticket office at (866) 40-SPEED. Ticket office hours are Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m. CST.

Parking

The closest Memphis Motorsports Park parking lots are reserved for NASCAR and NHRA Track Pack buyers. Parking in Memphis Motorsports Park general lots is FREE for NASCAR events, and $5 for the NHRA Nationals event. Our FREE parking lots are closer to the track than those private vendors that may be charging for parking. Follow the directional signs on Fite Road to the general lots.
